Modourbano and Japanese artist Takane Ezoe have completed this loft in the center of Milan called T House. Situated near Basilica di Sant’Ambrogio, the space is prime location and had great bones to make an artist feel right at home. The Studio has very specific characteristics: large, bright, comfortable, with the ability to hold meetings with employees and where the artist can move easily between works of great size, but at the same time simple and neutral where you can work without external contamination. The high ceilings make way for tall, curved windows that let in tons of light, necessary when you’re creating, working, and exhibiting your work under one roof. As well as the main studio, there is also a residential area with a separate guest apartment, kitchen area, and living/dining space.
