This vessel, designed by Ethan Frier, is specifically cretead to nourish and display the Aloe Vera plant in your home. It is made from .060″ Styrene, which is a thermoforming plastic. The designer constructed moulds for the top and bottom half of the vessel, based on hand sketches and models in blue foam, and then vacuformed the white styrene over the moulds to create the final product. The layered levels of the vessel are designed to represent the desert environment where the Aloe Vera grows naturally.
