Summer is just round the corner. Thus, we suggest that you should move your nest in the garden and take the hammock out from the garage. Sun prepares to invade our senses and trees can’t wait to show their beauty. Like in the heaven below, a sunny residence realized by Bernardes Arquitetura in Brazil. The project is called Casa MTL and it is located in Paraty, a municipality on the Green Coast, a lush, green corridor that runs along the coastline of Rio de Janeiro. As you can easily notice from the pictures below, garden plays an essential role in the setting. Exuberant and delightful, the plot gathered tall trees, stone pots with plants, colourful flowers and various types of shrubs that add dynamism. But, what impressed us most was the delicate manner in which green spots intercalate with built areas – such as patio, terrace, pool or even upper balcony -, creating the impression of an harmonious mix.
The building relied on transparency and openness as dominant themes. The garden seems to embrace the house heartily.
Two wooden chairs and a coffee table on the terrace allow guests to enjoy a private conversation in a spectacular landscape.
The lounge area near the pool features blue azure chaise longues, umbrellas and a hot decorative item.
