The house had a major focus on entertaining with the house containing multiple social areas. The house is designed for communication, entertainment and recreation, so the main rooms are designed on the ground floor. The second level is reserved for a quiet residential area where you can retire and enjoy the tranquility and panoramic views. The newly constructed three bedroom home combines open plan living with privacy and luxury. The angular roof element works both visually and environmentally with the house using sustainable design features.
