Debarre Duplantiers AssocieÌs Architecture & Paysage completed the Villa Seignosse project, a home that contrasts with the surroundings. Facing not the sea but a pond on the south, the house contrasts with its surroundings by its orthogonal and white volumes. Open to nature, its facade protects the intimacy of its owners on the street side. The rectangular-shaped villa displays white walls and a clean design line. Embracing the picturesque site of Seignosse, France, the residence was envisioned as a modern oasis characterised by comfort and openness. There’s no room for negative energy here. The inhabitants get to experience the nature’s positive effect. The back of the house opens to the forest. A large wooden deck extends the interior space to the garden and to the pool. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys a 360° view, with a south terrasse and a large bathroom.
