The Almondel Residence, a modern home located in West Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada, was designed in 2009 by Lisa Bovell of Mcleod Bovell. This 7,260 square foot luxury house took over three years to design and build after the existing home was brought down to its foundations. This project wraps itself around an existing pool deck perched at tree-top level on a difficult site. All major rooms of the house address this pool area where outdoor entertaining and recreation take place. It has everything you need in a house and more: the house includes large 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suited bathrooms, gym, theater, space for wine room, a 4 car garage, hot tub and a large pool off the main floor overlooking an ocean view.
