This breathtaking contemporary home designed by Carlos Gilardi is located in Alicante, Spain. Accomplished in 2013,  La Perla Del Mediterraneo covers an area of 4,540 square feet, and was completed in 2013. A fine example of contemporary architecture, the residence is characterized by strong horizontality and openness.  On the entrance ground, there is a huge covered parking house and on the inside, a few bedrooms, all with bathrooms and entry to a covered terrace and the backyard garden. Two of these loos get advantage of the pool light-weight, located on the higher stage of the home, to light-weight up. The interior areas are embraced by big  sliding glass areas and the pergola terrace serves as a prelude to the pool.
