If you are a photographer and you do not have a studio to practice your talent, then you have come to the right place. Founded by Olga Zakrevskaya in Kiev, Folga Studio is open from 10:00 to 23:00 and it can be rented for 16-18 Euro/ hour. Designed with a young, dynamic spirit, the apartment features a ‘stage’ for photo sessions and various areas for make-up preparation, dressing and post-production. With high ceilings and large windows, the crib was decorated in a building from 1910. The main challenge was to make everything more functional. Therefore, most of the 61 square meters apartment is occupied by the studio. Olga Zakrevskaya planned the space so that any photographer can have everything he requires on hand: lighting, cameras, filters, prints, papers, books etc. Some of the walls were left uncovered in case somebody would need to fix additional decorations, while others function as perfect mono color backgrounds. As for the furniture, IKEA played an essential role. Folga Studio can be rented for photo sessions, master classes and private parties.
