This amazing two-storey property was designed in 2013 by Guz Architects. Dalvey Road House – is a “modern tropical bungalow” that integrates nature into the home; is perfectly integrated in its climate and environment, as its architecture and open spaces encourage natural ventilation and its floor to ceiling windows allow unobstructed views of the sea. Volumes and space were maximized as much as possible by sharing the open staircase and double height living space with a courtyard area.
