Realized by Smaa, the penthouse below was designed according to the ‘less is more’ principles. Planned as a wide open floor, the interior reveals a balanced use of space, making every room look clean, airy and harmonized. As you enter the apartment, a large low sofa welcomes the guests, creating a comfy, relaxed atmosphere. White, grey and light brown are perfect tones for a modern set-up and, if you let natural light come inside all day long you’ll pamper yourself in a warmer, heartened house. Respecting the requests of the luxury, the kitchen features dark marble counter tops, lacquered furnishings and expensive flooring. The bedroom limits to what is functional, offering a king size bed, a working place near the windows and several decorations. It seems the designers sought to reduce all the needs to what is strictly necessary, yet stylish and appealing.
