Vista House is a residential project located in Stuttgart, Germany which was designed by the practice of Alexander Brenner Architects in 2012 for a couple interested in art.
The house offers a great overview of the city and it is accessed from the southern part where the road is located. The garage is below the garden so that it can be hidden behind a wood-clad incision in the sandstone wall. A black concrete sculpture leads the way to the property and a path gives access to the entrance at the rear side of the plot.
While the garage, situated below the garden, is visible only through a wood-clad incision in the existing sandstone wall, the arriving is guided onto the property by a black concrete sculpture, a freely deformed polished wall. A gently curved path leads via the east side to the entrance at the rear of the plot.
