Seguin is located on Plot V in the northwest side of Boulogne-Billancourt, France, a place which connects the existing side of the city and its developing section, being at the strategic crossroad of pedestrian landscapes. The project was designed by the Agence Bernard Bühler with an urban style that presents a façade from each side. The marked and volumetric angles of the building provide a mixed space with loggias toward the southeast and terraces of various colors to provide a seemingly random and playful exterior. There is a common garden on the ground floor and the floor of this level is raised 80 cm above the street level to ensure that the bedroom windows are given the appropriate privacy. Each of the housing units offers a double or triple orientation to provide a good view of the surroundings and 24 of the 29 apartments have the living room toward the southwest where the landscaped spaces are located.
