This contemporary interior is a 2008 project by David Berridge Architect that was created for an artist living in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, USA. It was created through the transformation of an industrial building that now provides the owner with a comfortable space to live and work. This old two storey union hall in the Clinton Hill Historic District is where a well-known artist pushed the normal boundaries of live / work, public / private to create an unusual arrangement of space and use.
