Casa Condominio II is a project completed by Marcelo Mota Arquitetura. The home’s terraces overlooks the nearby mountains, covered in lush vegetation. Concealed behind wood-grain sliding doors is a fully-equipped modern kitchen, handy for interaction between the cook and the guests in the dining area. At the other end of the living room are stairs leading to bedrooms and the media room. One bedroom is clearly set up for two little girls, while the master is spacious, with a tranquil mood set by pale sand-colored linens and draperies, and recessed lighting above the headboard that gives plenty of light for nighttime reading. Grays cover the throw pillows and casual daybed in the media room/bedroom, with a matching ottoman that invites putting your feet up. In essence, that seems to be the mood of this whole house: “Put your feet up — you’re home.”
