Residencia Conde de Itu was completed in 2010 by Mauricio Arruda Arquitetos & Designers. It is located in São Paulo, Brazil, and it is designed in a variety of patterns and colors. “The home theater, dining room, pantry, living room and terrace were updated to reflect the natural vibrant, youthful and welcoming nature of the family.
