The team at tecARCHITECTURE had to design a creative solution in order to balance the clients desire for a modern home and the site’s strict building restrictions. tecARCHITECTURE was commissioned by a homeowner who wanted something modern, and rather than be limited by the draconian building restrictions, tecARCHITECTURE managed to play within the rules to create something entirely different.

Interior and exterior design is designed in a beautiful terrace, living room, bedroom and bathroom look elegant taste of the owner around the house. Furniture also completed the design of this beautiful home. the house is a modern version of the classic Swiss chalet. tecARCHITECTURE ordered a homeowner who wanted something more modern, and instead limit the severe limitations of the construction, technology could play within the rules to create something completely different.
