The amount of light pouring through glass walls is nothing short of amazing. Completed in 2012 by Furman and Keil Architects, Cove House is located in Austin and surrounded by lush trees with beautiful Lake Austin views. The surroundings are always in the spotlight because the interior communicates very well with the exterior, making the lounge-worthy areas really come to life. Glass walls in architecture are nothing new. You’ll occasionally see them act as an entire wall of windows, or an unobtrusive yet protective side to a stairwell. As you can easily notice, the nature is present in almost every room, making the spaces inviting and relaxing. A handful of talented individuals were involved in this project including Dalgleish Construction, interiors from Fern Santini at ABODE, landscape design from Mark Word Design and stunning photos provided from Nick Johnson Interiors.
