Helena House was completed in 2010 by Studio MET Architects in Houston, Texas, USA. The thing I most appreciate at this house is the fact that the architect didn’t neglect the outside space: the garden, the terrace and the pool are wisely included in the project without making the inhabitants feel a radical separation between interior and exterior areas. The glass walls let you admire the garden while sitting in the living room or in the kitchen. A personal touch received the house with the use of vibrant tones – vivid colors that marked the design of the terrace. According to the architects from Studio MET, they intended to make both interior and exterior inseparable and to invite its owners to live in a modern, functional place.
