That’s what the garden house actually suggests. Its basic intention was to create an “area of changing” – because you can experience different periods of the day. The house established a deep relationship with the exterior and its simple forms let the surroundings to function as the main ‘ornaments’ of the building. The light comes inside in 3 ways: soft, indirect light throughout the narrow, vertical windows, direct views through the windows in the functional areas and the flood of light when opening doors to the garden. The architecture is a clear, functional design language used to integrate the house into environment, modified simultaneously with nature, time & weather changes.
