The constructions are grouped according to the arrangement of the colors from an artist’s palette… that’s why the project is called “Palitra”. The complex includes 6 constructions, grouped like a fan around a small pedestrian square. As you can see on Russian Architectural News Agency, the palace is purposely divided into 6 separate buildings. The main color of all the buildings is white, but the interior spaces have one of the six rainbow colors observatory tower interior.
