El Paredón is being developed as a private and exclusive community on 16,000m2 of land that is perhaps the last beachfront site in the historical south side of Puerto Vallarta. This special site, once it is finished, will include a maximum of 10 houses in lots ranging from 750 m2 to 1,650m2; integrated in its design is the impressive natural vegetation and the enormous granite rocks that protect the site. These houses are being designed, constructed, equipped and furnished to provide a get-away for many generations to come. El Paredón has two white sand beaches, one semi-private and the other, on the west side of the property, is isolated and private, protected by a naturally red-tinted cliff (navigational landmark called Paredón Colorado I by the local sailors). The clubhouse is located here and has a great terrace with bar and also has a seaside swimming pool.
