The development is situated between Zwaluwstraat and Thomas à Kempislaan. Mecanoo’s design consists of two residential buildings: one building with 36 single-family homes and one building with 68 apartments (totaling 14,000 m2), a parking garage for 136 cars (3,500 m2) and public space design. Each around a spacious child-friendly garden. The homes vary in format and size, making them suitable for a broad clientele. Zwaluw Park will be completed at the end of 2011.
