Created for a young family from LA , this beach family house features large open-air living area on the first floor and the luxurious apartment on the second. The stairs rise to an open-air balcony which leads to the 2nd guest bedroom suite and the master bedroom suite. Floor to ceiling windows, a generous pool and views towards the sea make this place the ultimate relaxation crib. The structure of the house is based on a thee floor plan, the first of which hosts a large hall, an open plan living room with pool and beach vistas, a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, an exterior dining area, a covered terrace by the pool and a lovely garden. The master has ceiling to floor glass across the entire front for the house. The large master bath boasts an outdoor shower for two and a vanity made from drift wood collected on the beach. The suite is completed by a walk in closet and ocean view office. The swimming pools like that are perfect for those who do not only swim to relax, but also to work out. Large windows on the second floor allow seeing the ocean literally from any point of the house.
