Papaya Playa has popped up in Tulum, Mexico. Eighty-five cabanas have been refurbished by the Design Hotels(tm) creative team on a 900 meter stretch of virgin beach facing the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Papaya Playa’s premier accommodation offering, the three Casitas are located just meters from the oceanfront with direct access to the beach via a natural staircase. The Casitas at Papaya Playa are some of the Riviera Maya’s best accommodation offerings and should not be overlooked if natural luxury is what you desire. They offer very spacious living with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. All are located on the oceanfront affording them stunning ocean views from their oversized terrace. These are perfect for families and couples seeking more space and privacy. Several other cabana types exist nearby the casitas, perfect for extended family or those travelling with nannies. For those familiar with the property, they are located north of the restaurant.
The hotel reception desk is open between 7am and 1.30am 7 days per week. Security man the desk 24 hours per day.
