Zestienhoven Park will soon become a new suburb of Rotterdam. The plan includes more than 1800 luxury homes located next to Rotterdam Airport and it extends over the existing park area. MoederscheimMoonen was given the task to design a building with a pavilion-like appearance. Located between the airport, new homes and the park, it had to be a striking design that used lightness and transparency as two important elements.
