The concept of the residential complex found on detail.de was to reuse energy from nature. Therefore, less area was consumed, leaving more unused natural landscape. A lot of devices coming from a new age were implemented: biogenic distance heat for its underfloor heating, solar collectors for the water heating system, photovoltaic cells for electricity during the summer. Each apartment in the building has a balcony or terrace.
