Our experience: Phenomenal hotel, centrally located, luxurious and comfortable. Excellent, helpful staff, great beds, quiet rooms. Coffee in the room was delicious and we loved the little touches with the chocolates on the pillows at turndown.
The rooms were really comfortable, clean and cozy. They had all kind of amenities, like speakers, sockets for every kind of devices(it doesn’t matter where ever you come from), a minibar with free non-alcoholic beverages, just to name a few.
I found really special the details left in the room every evening, I even found a cake to celebrate my birthday! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, plenty of options for every taste. The location is very central, many of the top sights of the city are within walking distances. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is new and beautiful, they care every detail.
The location of the hotel was perfect near everything we need , also the quite atmosphere of the place was perfect and comfy , the staff were helpful for anything we ask ! Thanks for giving us nice impression of Madrid in our first visit to this city. Just Perfect.
