But, the starting point was not as easy as it may seem. Abandoned attics are usually damaged and require a lot of hard work to bring them to a fresh look. In this case, one of the fortunate circumstances was the fact that a local business functioned in the area for several years and took care of the space. Even so, the restoration of the original floor represented a huge challenge. Moreover, the brick walls needed a deep uncovering and cleaning – tasks that proved to be time consuming. But, after the rehabilitation, the creative mind of the designers started working. The statement was simple: no boundaries and high luminosity. Therefore, the living room, the dining area and the bedroom share one open space and naturally lighted all day long.
