An absolutely fascinating penthouse drew our attention today. Bold and bright, the flat was designed by courageous designer Tobi Fairley, who launched Tobi Fairley & Associates as a full-service consulting and design company. Located in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States, the penthouse got a glamorous, urban upgrade that make the visitors wonder if the scenery is actually real. Golden stools, sapphire walls, candescent lights and views of the city reflecting on gleaming marble floors transformed the interior into an alluring space. Dare to have a look and let us know if this project inspired you!
The owners wanted something chic, sophisticated, urban and glam.
Explosions in the sky :)
Two imposing armchairs lacquered black.
A beautiful mirror in the powder room.
Glamorous sophistication: lavender paneled ceiling, chandelier of floating glass bubbles, gilded trimmed doors and yellow velvet chairs.
Yellow was used to liven things up.
In the dining room, there’s a foliage-adorned de Gournay wallpaper, a chevron rug in shades of green and lilac, and a ceiling accented in lavender.
A glass dining table for 8.
The painting in the living room is one of the most beautiful items I have ever seen. Flanked by two golden lamps, it became a focal point of the room. Bold colours were used here too.
There impressive pendant lamps above the island in the kitchen make the area look like an art gallery.
White cabinets in the kitchen allowed spectacular use of colour in the neighbourhood.
An intimate corner for dining
Two Barcelona chairs and an amazing view of the River.
An elegant washstand and a pop mirror with yellow plastic frame.
Even if violet is not so relaxing for a studio or a reading area, it brings energy inside.
The lamp is the star in the bedroom.
Distinction at its best…
The inhabitants let Tobi Fairley do want she knows best: bring her sense of colour and function-driven layouts to their home!
