Comprising over 420 glasses and a mixture of colourful flowers and foliage, the intricate display is a true feast for the senses. Specially designed by Laura Leong, the 2mx2m cocktail garden showcases 15 different cocktail varieties, including three floral new drinks created exclusively by thebar.com to celebrate this year’s show. The beautifully scented garden took a total of 18 hours to create and required 20 litres of mixers and 300 flower shoots including: borridge, dianthus, lavender, rosemary, pansies, roses, marigolds. Laura Leong, floral designer says “I was excited to be given the chance by thebar.com to create such a unique garden and for an occasion that is very dear to me. This is the first time I have built a garden using cocktails and it’s one that certainly challenges all the senses.
