When you let yourself led by the beauty of the sea, it is impossible not to obtain something special. The project we present you today was realized by architect Michal Schein, a professional and an artist that believes in a permanent reevaluation of his personal concepts. ‘Free your mind – that’s my motto for working, creating and living’, he says on his website, michalschein.com. In doing so, he understands design as a matter of challenge, with a constant path to renewal, adaptability and freshness. Therefore, overlooking the sea every morning played an essential role when designing the plan for the penthouse below. He made sure that the inhabitants have enough room on the terrace for dreaming, chatting and admiring the surroundings. By contrast, the interior was painted in dark tones (black, grey), with various lighting objects that add intimacy and originality. As for the materials, he chose wood, leather, granite and steel to accomplish the modern aesthetic of the house.
