Faena House introduces to Miami Beach forty-seven extraordinary oceanfront condominium residences envisioned by Alan Faena and designed by the internationally renowned architects Foster+Partners. Once again Foster + Partners have done a great job. The 18-storey Faena House in Miami Beach contains “only” 47 apartments, which was apparently the unknown buyer’s main reason for the purchase of the penthouse according to the Wall Street Journal. He particularly liked the privacy that is guaranteed by the small number of apartments and the rooftop pool. Originally, the penthouse was up for sale at a price of $50 million making it the most expensive condo ever sold in Miami Beach. However, the exact selling price to the unknown buyer was not disclosed. The almost 745m² penthouse features 5 bedrooms, 2 custom-made kitchens, private elevator and a media room. The terrace that wraps around the entire building offers further 650m² of outdoor space and a 6.5m long infinity pool. All residents have access to a concierge service, the hotel’s spa area, fitness center with direct views over the sea, private beach club and two pools.
